Hi there, I'm Catherine.

I'm a holistic mental health coach, a personal growth teacher on the Insight Timer app, and a passionate guide to the art of boundaries. 

The magic of boundaries is this: They liberate us to both love others and ourselves, shaping our lives with authenticity and freedom.

My teaching draws on my education in counseling psychology and somatic trauma repair, paired with over 15 years of work as a healing practitioner and, above all else, my own intimate lived experience as a mother, wife, and friend who is continuously healing and growing in relationships.
